Who is the U.S. Army Civilian Dental Corps?
The United States Army Civilian Dental Corps is comprised of civilian dental professionals employed by the Federal Government. Civilian Dental Corps employees play a vital role in caring for Army personnel, but are not subject to military requirements such as "boot camp", military uniforms, or deployment.
U.S.A. Civilian Dental Corps employees work closely alongside their military counterparts within the United States Army Dental Command (DENCOM), a division of U.S. Army Medicine. In dental clinics across the world, they facilitate the dental care of active Army personnel, veterans, and their families, taking pride in the work they do to serve our country.
The United States Army Dental Command, an agency sub-component of the Department of the Army, was listed as one of The Best Places to Work in the Federal Government in 2014 by employees.
